Financial Analyst - Permanent in Ottawa, Ontario For Sale

The People Bank Ottawa is currently recruiting for one of our clients. Known as an international leader in their industry and experiencing much growth in the last several years, they currently have an opening for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join their finance team as a Financial Analyst. In this position, you will be exposed to a variety of complex accounting functions and financial reporting tasks. Your duties & responsibilities are vast and will include areas such as : reconciling intercompany accounts, assisting in global revenue recognition procedures, documenting process improvements and work instructions, preparing financial memos for year-end audit support and other month-end tasks and reporting functions. The ideal candidate for this role will have their CA designation and have a solid understanding of GAAP (US GAAP would be nice to have) and will ideally have several years of audit experience.
