Beautiful red/cabernet/wine couch, with cushions, like new! in Ottawa, Ontario for sale

Beautiful red/cabernet/wine coloured couch/sofa for sale. I bought it originally for $1200, and I'm selling it for $500. It comes with the two decorative cushions. Pick up only.
The dimensions are:
Width: 87"
Depth: 37"
Height: 33" (this is the back of the couch structure, but the back cushions go up to 36")
It's in amazing condition. It very easily sits 3 with lots of room. It's comfortable not only to sit on but if you have a guest that needs a place to sleep.
I'm selling it because I have to move, and won't be able to take this with me. Otherwise I would keep it.
I vaccum the couch regularly, and have no pets at all, am a non-smoker, so it's very clean. Never had any spills on it. I'll vaccum it one more time for you.
The wooden feet can be easily unscrewed during moving time.
