Available immediately, in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment // top level of a heritage house on Gladstone.
Only $400 per month all inclusive with shared kitchen and bathroom. Last month is mandatory to secure the space, as security deposit and it is a month by month contract.
Lots of windows, large kitchen with access to rooftop for fresh air and I turned the living room into an art studio/guest room so a creative type would be preferred. No WIFI at the moment but I would gladly share the bill if you'd sign up for it (I don't spend enough time home to get it at the moment).
The location is amazing since it's only 5 minutes walk to Bank Street, 10 minutes to Chinatown and Little Italy and 30 minutes to the Byward Market. Parking is available for only $40 per month, the #14 is across the street (literally) and the transit way is 5 minutes away. It is a calm and quiet neighbourhood close to everything and the tenant on the lower level has been there for over 10 years so being respectful and noise conscious past 10 PM is a must.
Requirements
- Must be over 25 years old with a great attitude and good work ethics
- Personal references will be requested and last month's rent will be used as a security deposit upon loving the space and wanting to move in.
