We're renting out 2 bedrooms in a 4 bedroom house on Sunnyside Ave in the heart of Old Ottawa South. Location is ideal for students; only a 5 minute bus ride to Carleton and 20 min. ride to Ottawa U. Buses 1, 5, and 7 all within walking distance. The house is a 2 minute walk from Shoppers Drug Mart and is close to all amenities including Landsdowne, Billings Bridge, grocery stores, LCBO/Beer Store, etc.
Laundry is on-site and the main bathroom was renovated only 2 years ago. Access to a bbq is in the back. The house is currently shared by 2 Carleton/ Ottawa U students.
Rent is $418.75/ month + utilities (appx $50-$75). Girls and guys both welcome, but preference will be given to students.
