Located near the intersection of Arlington and Bay, this shared duplex is perfect for students of either Carleton or UOttawa. Renting for September 1st but the earilest it can be yours is August 1st. Your roommates would be two young professional males in their mid to late 20s. Everything is included except for Internet. Washer and dryer in unit.
The first three pictures are of the first room which I use as a bedroom (fits a queen sized bed very well) and the last three pictures are what I use as my office.
