It has 3 rooms, 1.5 baths (half bath in one of the bedrooms; primary washroom with claw foot tub and shower), brand-new cooking area with dishwashing machine and microwave, eating space, living room with Dish TV and DVD/VCR, seaside and back sunlight areas, washer and clothes dryer, and deck with outdoor patio set. 10 minutes from the St. John-Digby ferryboat; 75 minutes. from the Yarmouth ferryboat. It is practical to the community of Digby and the Digby Pines golf course, Annapolis Royal (~ 20 min), Upper Clements Style Park (~ 15 min), Stabilizing Rock, hiking and biking tests and, certainly, whale viewing. Halifax is merely over 2 hours away.

Watch the amazing tides of the Bay of Fundy from our yard and windows. At really reduced tide, you can conveniently walk to and from Bear Island about one mile off shore (see photo). You will not be dissatisfied by the remainder, leisure, eas, and sees our home needs to offer.
