72" Cat condo never used by cat - $110 in Ottawa, Ontario for sale

I bought this cat condo on Feb 23, 2014 and I received it roughly two weeks later; so I have had it for a little over a month. I put it together, very easy, and it has just been sitting there since. My cat doesn't like it for some reason (she is older). She has only been on it twice, the two times I put her on it hoping to get her to use it. Both times she jumped off in under 30 seconds. So this is essentially brand new.

The picture is exactly what it looks like, however I will be taking it apart and putting it back in the box so that it can be transported easily. The manual is still there, as is the allen key/screwdriver it came with. It takes about 20 minutes to assemble.

I paid just under $170 after taxes for it.
