Art Deco dining set from 1930's in Ottawa, Ontario for sale

This is a complete dining set for the 1920-40's. It came from my granparents. It includes a sideboard / buffet , table and 4 chairs.
The sideboard/buffet is in great shape with all the original matching hardware that has Bakelite accents. The original stenciled artwork is still crisp and clear. The small drawer on top was originally designed for you dining utensils. The only issue with this piece is the broken glass on the centre cabinet which is easy to replace.
The table contains an extra leaf extension which is stored away and hidden underneath. All four original legs are included and attach easily. The table was used recently and covered with a tablecloth. The original stenciled accents are visible but the top should be refinished.
The four original chairs are very sturdy.
It is quite rare to find these complete sets from this period.
In restored condition the complete set could sell for $2000. The sideboard/buffets have become quite trendy; appearing in many current design/decor shows and publications. The sideboard/buffet, alone, in its current condition could comparably sell for $400-$700. I am asking a very reasonable amount. If interested, please make me a reasonable offer on this set.
Unfortunately, I am unable to use it and must sell the set. I would like to see it go to a good home
