High Bar Table type of well padded Chair,removeable canvas cover in Ottawa, Ontario for sale

Clearing out the family estate and selling the tall chair. Great to use as a workshop chair for an artist/painting/crafts and it's so comfortable as it's well padded. The padded seat means you sit comfortably. Footrest for extra sitting comfort. The chair legs are made of solid wood. Do you need an extra chair for the cottage??. The canvas is removable as it's attached by velcro and you can just add another one or recover/sew new material over the old one for a great fit of your color to your liking. The chair isn't new but at this price, you can't beat it and wood is always better than cheap plastic or metal.
Size, 30" from floor to top of seat and 40" from floor to top of the backrest,17" deep, 16.1/2" wide.
A chair like this would easily retail for about $120 plus taxes in a retail store as you know.
