High End Pre-lit Artificial Xmas Tree (sells for $1199+tax) - $500 in Ottawa, Ontario for sale

Very high end and life-like artificial christmas tree from Balsam Hill. This particular model is referred to a Noble Fir, and has blue green branches. It was only used 2 years and is in mint condition. I am selling because I sold my house and I am downsizing. It is very highly rated and Balsam Hill make an excellent product.
