This wonderful home on wheels (which I christened the OmTrek) has criss-crossed Canada and the U.S. over the past 2 years. With just over 71,000km. (44,000mis) it is well broken in, and the several kinks that appeared in year 1 (which Roadtrek completely took care of) have been ironed out. (For example, a fridge that was over-sensitive to levelling was replaced 6 months after purchase by a new 1 that is very tolerant of a less than perfectly level campsite). It comes equipped with generator, manual awning, screen package for side and back, microwave/convection oven, fridge, TELEVISION/DVD, electric power sofa (makes into a single or a king-size bed), propane stove, marine shower, and lots of storage space. For example, 4 very deep drawers in the kitchen area serve as a wonderful pantry. It also has GPS, is equipped for satellite radio, and has a back-up camera. When I purchased it in 2014, I chose the 210 over the more popular 190 because of the extra space inside. The extra length and width do not interfere with maneuvrability, but create noticeably more interior space and allow for 2 people to pass each other in the aisle. It also has considerable storage space on the outside and under the sofa area (through the back doors). The exterior has been protected with Platinum Shield Protection. It also has a roof-top solar panel, which sends a trickle charge to the coach batteries and is very useful for extending the battery charge when boondocking. While the OmTrek is well travelled, it also comes with an Extended Warranty by 1st Canadian Protection Plans, which is transferable to the new owner either in Canada or the U.S. and covers up to six years or 120,000 kilometer. (75,500mis). (While the Roadtrek is officially a 2013, I bought it new in April 2014 and the warranty applies from that date until May 2020). Somewhere along the way I decided to sell the Continental Spare Tire that was very pretty but seriously impeded access to the back storage area. As do many RVers, I travelled without a spare. This has been taken into consideration in setting the price. The price has also been adjusted to accommodate a few scratches that the OmTrek has picked up along the way. The Chevy chassis has performed magnificently all the way. I have never had a problem with anything related to the Chevy aspect of the Roadtrek. It has had regular oil changes, check-ups, tire rotations, etc. and is in fantastic condition. It drives like a charm on the highway, and the captains seats are very comfortable. I love driving the Roadtrek. My Roadtrek journey was a retirement project, initially meant to be one-year, which turned into two. I am reluctantly letting it go. If you want to see the exciting places this Roadtrek has visited, you can check out my travel blog on the Internet: Reflections from the OmTrek.
